We are a small home family business based in Brighton striving to make vegan food made without gluten, without compromising on quality.
Many of us in the family suffer with food allergies, including gluten, eggs, dairy, so as expected we have always found it difficult to find gluten free vegan treats whilst out that we can all enjoy. Spurred on by this frustration, Rosina Makes was born - A gluten free vegan bakery making food that almost everyone can enjoy.
we have friends and family who do not have special diets who test our recipes mercilessly until we find perfection. If the recipe isn't perfect to us, we won't sell it!
